ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The laws of Curaçao shall govern this Agreement. Any dispute arising out of or connected to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by arbitration under applicable Curaçao law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify any provision herein and your continued use of our services signifies agreement with updated terms.
TERMINATION
Without prior notice and at our complete discretion, we may suspend or terminate our relationship with you if we reasonably suspect fraud or other wrongdoing involving multiple accounts from one individual.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Additional provisions regarding gambling law requirements may apply depending on jurisdiction of the client and applicable regulations for said jurisdictions must be fulfilled by user when required to maintain account and receive payouts and bonuses and participate in services.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Misuse, sharing or otherwise exploiting any information or material obtained from our services is strictly prohibited.
ENFORCMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right, at any time, to request you provide verification of your identity, age, residence address, and/or payment information for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
